In Somaliland, notarial services have traditionally relied on paper-based processes, which are often slow, vulnerable to fraud, and difficult to manage at scale. The system is integrated with a secure government payment gateway, enabling users to pay for notarization services online, while also increasing state revenue through automated fee collection. Notaries also benefit from real-time tracking and instant commission settlements, ensuring fair compensation and building trust in the system.

By minimizing human error, increasing service speed, and providing verifiable digital trails, Geosol’s eNotary platform supports financial institutions, government departments, and legal firms in authenticating transactions quickly and securely.
